We would highly recommend anyone looking for a great real estate agent to consider the experienced Wanly and the team at Harcourts Takapuna. The process through to the auction was easy with great communication from all the team. They were able to generate good attendance at the open homes and several private viewings especially when considering the current state of the housing market. Despite only having one bidder on auction day, the Harcourts team were able to build the price to a level that we were more than happy with. A huge thanks to Wanly and the Harcourts Takapuna team for all the hard work put in that got us the result we were looking for.
