Wanly and her Team helped us sell our home and then buy a new one. During the time that we were selling our place, our cross-lease neighbour made some proposal to subdivide the properties, making things a bit complicated. By the time that we were ready to buy a new one, Wanly mediated once more to help speed up the release of the necessary documents and funds from both sides.
